How do I add or restore a shortcut to Faculty on File?

Go to Start�--> My Network Places. (If that�s not there, go to Start�--> My Computer and click on My Network Places under the �Other Places� heading on the left).
If Faculty on File is not there, click on Add a Network Place on the left under the Network Tasks heading.
Click Next on the first screen of the Add a Network Place Wizard
Choose �Choose another network location� on the next screen, which asks �Where do you want to create this network place?�; then, click Next.
Type the following (without the quotation marks) in the address bar:� \\file\faculty
Click Next
Click Next again
Click Finish

That will create a shortcut to the Faculty on File folder for you.
